eBay policy prohibits eBay sellers from using eBay listings or eBay contacts for marketing items sold outside of the eBay market place. This is a fair and reasonable policy that we fully support and obey. Accordingly, we have adopted an "eBay Only" sales policy for the properties that we market. ALL PROPERTIES THAT WE MARKET TO THE PUBLIC WILL BE SOLD EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH EBAY OR LISTED THROUGH EBAY'S REAL ESTATE LISTING SERVICE. Exceptions to our "eBay Only" sales policy: |
We occasionally sell excess or undesirable properties that we do not want to handle to other land sellers. |

We sometimes sell properties "off eBay" to people who own adjoining tracts and want to protect the environment and the land around them. |

We reserve the right to sell properties directly to personal friends and acquaintainces. |

The above exceptions DO NOT APPLY if: 1) the property has ever been mentioned on this website or listed on eBay. 2) the buyer has had any prior dealing or contact with us through eBay. |

Feel free to inquire about any properties that we have not listed on eBay. If we come to terms, we will set-up a private eBay listing in order to consumate the sale. |
